Vova Kuperman

Vova aspires to become literate at being human. In early twenties, he had a flashback to his childhood when he was miraculously healed from an illness by a touch of a hand. His thirst for answers took him out of software engineering and through many books, places, people and countries, eventually bringing him to explore within himself. With dedication to meditation, mindfulness, introspection and yoga, Vova continues to probe the depth of reality while developing in self-mastery and self-knowledge. He facilitates meditation circles around the Chicago-land area and holds a vision of building a giant meditation center in the city.

LonHailey Hadson

Hailey has been studying yoga since she was 14 years old. She started yoga practice so that she could maintain a sense of balance in her surroundings. Being raised as the oldest of five on a farm, can be stressful, not to mention keeping up good grades in school. She wanted to have a steady level headed outlook as a teen. Yoga helped Hailey to stay calm and collected in many situations that would topple the stability of many at that age. As she got older health issues arose and again yoga aided her in grappling with the daily maintenance of self. She wanted to help others to find this amazing balance within their own wheel house. This is when She chose to finally become a yoga teacher.
Her studies of the mind, body and spirit have lead Hailey to Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Belly dance, Reiki, Intuitive medium and other healing modalities that all blend well with yoga. This combination has created a unique practice for herself and her students.

FREE Introductory Class – Wednsday, November 9 5pm
